The Connection Factor
You can swindle, manipulate, control, and contort people. You can do it to the truth too. You can get what you want in the short-term by persuading someone.
But what if you connected with them? I’m talking about a genuine and exciting connection.
Life’s too short to be based on persuasion all the time. Persuading someone can happen one time. But if you connect, you share in a mutually enjoyable relationship that persuades you to bigger and better things for a lifetime.
Persuasion can leave a bad taste in your mouth. Connection is like a romantic moment that lives on and on.
If you view the relationships in your life in a one-sided, persuasion mentality, you’re really missing out…
Because great relationships arent about persuasion first, they’re about connection.
